💙Special TLC Community Consideration: Honoring Two Young Lives💙
In addition to this year’s grant categories, we are asking members to consider a very special and heartfelt request close to our community.
We invite you to vote yes or no on a proposed donation of $2,500 to the Tidewell Foundation Blue Butterfly Family Grief Program in loving memory of two young lives lost within our own Lake Club community—Joshua and Emma James.
We are currently working with the organization to thoughtfully direct these funds toward the purchase of something meaningful that can be utilized at the grief center by children and families for years to come. It is our hope that this contribution will serve as a lasting tribute in honor of the James children, while supporting others navigating loss.
The Blue Butterfly program provides compassionate grief support to children and families facing unimaginable loss, and this contribution would help extend comfort, healing, and hope to those who need it most.
