What do you believe we can provide your organization?
With support so that our organization may continue to provide free suicide prevention services and other connectedness support not only Veterans and their families in need but also to foster youth throughout Sarasota and Manatee and Charlotte counties
What will the grant be used for?
To provide much needed resources for our primary program, 10 Challenges to Service, an interactive mentorship curriculum designed to shift participants’ mental attitude, resilience, and willingness to engage with others. Through a structured, action-oriented pathway, the program pairs veterans and their families with trained mentors to rebuild purpose, communication, and connectedness at home. That same mentorship model extends to foster youth through weekly engagement, addressing a parallel need for stability, belonging, and trusted adult relationships.
