Volunteers will be receiving, sorting, hanging, folding, and displaying donated merchandise along with other possible activities in the thrift shop.
The Mothers Helping Mothers Thrift Shop and facility recently completed a full renovation and we will be serving in their updated facility!

Optional carpooling will begin at the lower level parking lot at the Lake Club Clubhouse. Carpooling is recommended as limited parking is available on sight.
Carpooling and lunch reservations will be coordinated with volunteers via text 1 week prior to the event.
Volunteers should wear closed toe shoes and casual attire.
Please bring water bottles, they have a water fountain for refills and snacks. Please leave personal belongings in the car for safety.
Serving will include standing, moving around the store or sitting in a chair folding clothes.

Information About Charity:
Mothers helping Mothers provides basic necessities and new baby equipment, formula, diapers, and merchandise free of charge to local families in need. We also provide one-time, helping-hand-up, financial assistance for clients in crisis in order to stave off
homelessness and suffering, and act as a single hub for connecting local resources and community support specific to their situation. Because MHM is a 100% volunteer-run non profit operating for over 30 years, every dollar donated goes directly to these services.
