How was the money used?
The funds provided by The Lake Club Women’s Giving Circle were used to offset transportation costs from the State College of Florida Bradenton Campus to S&B Metal Products also located in Bradenton. S&B Metal Products hosts the CCAI FEF industrial finishing campers from SCF for a tour of their operations and a full day fabrication and finishing experience. Transportation costs from our camp host campuses to the plant tour are often one of the most expensive costs incurred by our camps. A plant tour is a requirement of the camp program. Therefore, transportation costs are an annual camp expense.
