We are so grateful for your support, sharing a success story:

In the heart of Collier County, Florida, there’s a story of strength and hope. It’s about a single mom named Mary, facing life’s challenges head-on with her 7-month-old son, Michael.
Life hasn’t been easy for Mary. A family illness threw her life off balance, leaving her without a job and feeling overwhelmed as a new single mother. Things got tougher when she started sleeping with baby Michael in her bed, unaware of the risks. Our Healthy Families Team at Children’s Home Society received a call about Mary’s situation and knew she needed support.
Thanks to the League Club’s generous donations, CHS provided Mary with essential guidance and resources. They explained the importance of safe sleep and made sure Michael had a cozy and secure bassinet, a pack and play, and stroller.
We knew Mary needed more than just a safe sleep space for her baby. We were able to offer her counseling and connect her with essential resources to help her get back on her feet.
Mary found her strength again. With the support she received, she began to rebuild her life, finding employment and stability. Today, both Mary and Michael are thriving, with hope for a brighter future.
Your donations made this possible. You provided a safe haven for Michael and gave Mary the chance to create a better life for her family. Thank you for being a beacon of hope for families in need. Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most!
