By registering for and/or attending this event, you acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured by The Lake Club Women’s Charitable Foundation (“TLCWCF”) or its authorized representatives.
Your attendance constitutes permission for TLCWCF to use your image, likeness, voice, and/or statements in photographs, videos, publications, social media, marketing materials, fundraising campaigns, websites, newsletters, and other Foundation communications without compensation or further notice.
Parents and legal guardians provide this consent on behalf of participating minors.
If you have concerns regarding photography or media use, please notify an event representative prior to the start of the event. If you would like to opt out of TLCWCF’s use your image, likeness, voice, and/or statements, please send an email to info@tlcwcf.org either before or after the event.
