To ensure timely and effective communication across all channels, please submit all committee updates, event/service opportunity details, announcements, drives/initiatives, content requests, etc. through your Organizational Dashboard submission forms by the established deadlines.
For inclusion in the bi-monthly newsletter of The Lake Club Women’s Giving Circle and TLC Magazine, all content must be submitted no later than the 10th and 25th of each month for publication in the newsletter/magazine distributed on the 15th and the last day of the month, respectively. Submissions received after these deadlines may be held for the following issue. For social media promotion across our Facebook, Instagram, The Lake Club of Lakewood Ranch Residents Facebook page, and Nextdoor, please allow a minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice for all posting requests. If urgent communication requires a separate dedicated email distribution outside of our regular newsletter schedule, please notify the Communications Committee (currently Jennifer Alokeh and Barbara Najmy) directly to coordinate timing and distribution. Adhering to these timelines helps ensure all communications are thoughtfully prepared, properly reviewed, and shared effectively across our member channels.
